Process Module: Fully Assembled
Complete process module skid assembled and pre-commissioned at our Delta facility. Full piping, instrumentation, and valve integration before it left the shop.

Multiple identical pressure vessels produced simultaneously and staged for coordinated delivery. Consistent quality across every unit.
Alaska Crude Column
Emergency replacement of a 12ft diameter, 120ft long crude column. Fabricated, tested, insulated, and delivered within 23 weeks, working seven days a week. Barged to site.
Large-Diameter Tube Bundle
A large shell and tube heat exchanger tube bundle (CuNi tubes) fabricated in our shop. One of many large-format exchangers that demonstrate what our facility can handle.
Shell & Tube Exchanger 304SS
Custom stainless steel shell and tube heat exchanger with polished finish, fabricated in our alloy bay for corrosion-sensitive process service.
Batch Vessel Production
A series of identical ASME pressure vessels fabricated and painted to specification. Repeat production with tight quality control across the whole batch.
Phosphate Pilot Plants, Morocco
One of several pilot plants for phosphoric acid purification and fluoride effluent beneficiation. Built in SS316L, Alloy 20, and Duplex 2507, and shipped internationally from Delta, BC.
IsoFlo™ White Liquor Oxidizer Skid — Mercer Celgar
Fabricated for Mercer Celgar's pulp mill in Castlegar, BC. The IsoFlo™ skid supplies oxidized white liquor to bleaching stages (oxygen delignification, EO/EOP stages), improving pulp brightness and quality while managing the mill's sodium/sulfur balance.
Zirconium Heat Exchangers, International Delivery
Zirconium shell and tube heat exchangers fabricated for corrosive process service and delivered to clients in Florida, USA and Australia. Part of a long record of international reactive metals work.
Titanium Exchangers: Exxon & Tennessee
Multiple titanium heat exchangers fabricated for US industrial clients, including an Exxon facility in Texas and process plants in Tennessee. Cross-border exotic metals work has been part of our business for decades.
Vancouver 2010 Olympic Cauldron
Detailed design and fabrication of the iconic 2010 Olympic cauldron. Carbon steel clad with stainless steel, four interlinked structures, five burners, with gas lines fed through the hollow legs.
Vancouver Planetarium Crab Sculpture
A 6-metre stainless steel crab sculpture designed by George Norris and fabricated by Axton-Ellett. It sits at Vanier Park in front of the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre and has been photographed by thousands of visitors every year since 1968.
